Job Title: Tele / Inside Sales Executive

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele sales.

Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Whats App for Business)

Profile Objective:

To drive footfall to the store by scheduling test ride appointments with potential customers through effective outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads base.

Understand customer requirements and explain telecom-related offerings clearly and persuasively.

Schedule test ride appointments at the nearest store location.

Share store details with customers via SMS / what’s app/email.

Follow up with customers to confirm attendance and address any concerns.

Maintain and update CRM with call logs and customer status.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for scheduled appointments.

Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth customer walk-ins.
