About the Role
AKTD is looking for an experienced, target-driven sales professional who can acquire new clients, build strong business relationships, and close deals for our digital marketing, branding, and website development services with both Domestic & International clients.
The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to convert leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business through inbound & outbound calls, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
* Pitch digital marketing, social media management, Meta and Google Ads, SEO, branding, and website development services.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
* Conduct sales meetings, present proposals, negotiate pricing, quotation and close deals.
* Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion.
* Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client records, and daily sales reports.
* Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
* Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling.
* Maintain professional conduct and protect company leads, client information, and business relationships.
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience; experience in digital marketing, advertising, IT services, or agency sales is preferred.
* Strong communication, persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to independently manage leads and close sales.
* Comfortable with revenue targets and performance-based incentives.
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp Business.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on achieving measurable results.
