• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online marketing.

• Market Research & Valuation: Perform comparative market analyses (CMAs) to determine accurate property values, pricing strategies, and local market trends.

• Property Marketing & Listings: Create property listings with photos, descriptions, and details, and promote them via social media, open houses, and multiple listing services (MLS).

• Showings & Tours: Schedule and host property viewings, walk-throughs, and open houses for prospective buyers or tenants.

• Negotiation: Act as an intermediary to present purchase or lease offers and negotiate sale prices, contingencies, and terms.
