Job Description

A sales coordinator's roles include supporting sales teams by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, processing orders, and acting as a liaison between sales staff, clients, and other departments. Key responsibilities are managing sales data and reports, coordinating meetings and presentations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and assisting with customer inquiries and communication. 

Key responsibilities

  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.

  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.

  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

  • Administrative support: Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and handle general administrative tasks to support the sales team.

  • Sales data and reporting: Track sales activities, maintain organized records, input data, and prepare sales reports to help the team and management make informed decisions.

  • Customer communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, address inquiries, manage complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Developing & existing sales plan

  • Order management: Process customer orders, verify accuracy, and ensure timely delivery. They may also manage sales invoices and monitor payments.

  • Sales team support: Provide support to sales representatives by managing their schedules, providing necessary tools and materials, and helping to arrange appointments.

  • Interdepartmental coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure sales strategies and deliveries are handled effectively.

  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
