Position: Sales Executive
Company: SAMARTH GLOTECH AUTOMATION PVT. LTD.
Job Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming business enquiries from Justdial, IndiaMART, social media, WhatsApp and other platforms.
2. Attend customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and emails.
3. Follow up with existing customers and generate repeat business.
4. Understand customer requirements and explain product features, benefits and specifications.
5. Share product details, quotations, photos and videos with prospective customers.
6. Prepare quotations, sales proposals and follow up for order confirmation.
7. Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed sales orders through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
8. Close sales orders directly from the office through customer communication and negotiation.
9. Coordinate with customers regarding product demonstrations, pricing, payments and delivery.
10. Coordinate with the sales, technical and service teams for smooth operations.
11. Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, quotations and sales reports.
12. Follow up on pending payments and ensure proper customer communication.
13. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Good command of Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales or customer handling will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and convert leads into business.

Key Objective of the Role:
To handle business enquiries received through various platforms, follow up with customers and successfully convert enquiries into confirmed orders directly from the office.
