Key Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face client consultations and recommend suitable services/packages.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle client queries, objections, and ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for smooth service delivery.
Maintain client records and daily sales reports.
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales / Counselling , preferably in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Willing to undergo 15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
Accomodation and Travelling cost will be reiumburse after training to employee
Ready to relocate in Pune after training.
Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
Timing-10:30AM to 8 PM
