Job Role
We are looking for a highly proactive and result-driven Sales Coordination Executive who can efficiently manage and convert leads provided by the Sales Head.
This role demands strong follow-up skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to ensuring that no lead is missed.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle and manage all leads assigned by the Sales Head
•Perform consistent and multiple follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
•Maintain professional and clear communication with customers
•Convert leads into confirmed business
•Coordinate effectively with the Administration team for smooth operations
•Maintain accurate daily reports on lead status and progress
Performance Expectations
-Ensure zero lead loss due to lack of follow-up
-Quick response time (within minutes)
-Minimum 5–7 follow-ups per lead
-Strong focus on lead conversion
Skills & Requirements
Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi
•Strong communication and convincing skills
•High level of follow-up discipline and persistence
•Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM systems
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
