Overview:
You'll be the backbone of our sales team in the building material industry, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Helping Customers: Answer inquiries, give product info, and make sure they're happy.
Managing Orders: Process sales orders and make sure products get to customers on time.
Building Relationships: Keep in touch with clients, solve problems, and look for more sales opportunities.
Doing Admin Work: Assist with paperwork, reports, and keeping records up to date.
Team Support: Work with the sales team and other departments to reach our goals.
Qualification & Skills:
Experience: Previous sales support experience, especially in building materials, is a plus.
Skills: Good communication, organization, and computer skills and Negotiation/convincing skills.
Attitude: Willingness to learn, work hard, and help out whenever needed.
