Coordinate and process domestic sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Act as a point of contact between customers and the sales team.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve order issues.
Prepare and maintain sales documentation such as invoices, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Support the sales team with customer data, sales reports, and market insights.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Liaise with the finance department regarding billing and payment status.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
