Tele Sales Executive – B2B Sales

We’re looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing B2B sales team in Dehradun. If you’re confident on calls, enjoy talking to people, and have a knack for sales, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2B clients and explore new business opportunities.

• Talk to clients about our products/services, understand their requirements, and suggest the right solutions.

• Build good relationships with clients and stay connected for repeat business.

• Follow up regularly with leads and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Keep call details, leads, sales, and client interactions updated in the CRM.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team on lead follow-ups and campaigns.

• Handle client questions and objections confidently and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales is preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• A confident and convincing personality with a problem-solving mindset.

• Comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms.

• Ability to work with targets and handle a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on achieving results.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary
