Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retention Executive to manage and retain existing customers for Home Loan and LAP products. The role involves minimizing customer attrition, handling queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle existing customer portfolio for Home Loan & LAP
Ensure customer retention and reduce loan closures/switch-outs
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service support
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Maintain strong relationship with customers
Track customer feedback and improve service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year experience in HL / LAP / Banking / NBFC
Good communication and convincing skills
Customer handling & problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of loan products and retention process
