Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining Club Mahindra membership benefits, generating interest, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
Explain Club Mahindra membership plans and holiday benefits.
Generate customer interest and fix appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain proper call records and customer data in CRM/software.
Achieve daily and monthly calling & lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointment updates and conversions.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage
