Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries.
Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
Generate sales leads and set appointments.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up on leads and previous conversations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
Record call details and feedback in CRM systems.
