Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products including life, health, motor, or general insurance. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and help them secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses.

• Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups.

• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., term life, health, auto, property, etc.).

• Explain features, advantages, and benefits of various insurance plans.

• Maintain detailed records of policies sold, client information, and follow-up actions.

• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

• Provide after-sales support and service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Comply with all insurance regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in insurance or sales roles is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to understand and analyze client needs.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
