Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, interact with customers, and generate leads or provide support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or close sales
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
