Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Generate new business leads and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Understand customers’ financial requirements and recommend suitable loan/financial products.
Handle the complete customer journey from lead generation to disbursement.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, approval, and disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and support.
Candidate Requirements:-
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in NBFC, banking, loans, finance, or sales will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
