We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to strengthen relationships.
Generate referrals and contribute to customer retention initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Achieve assigned customer service and business development targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, Sales, or Business Development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
