We are expanding our real estate consulting business and looking for enthusiastic Real Estate Telesales Executive If you have a passion for communication, enjoy connecting with people, If you are confident on calls, persuasive, and result-oriented, and want to build a career in real estate, this opportunity is for you , to join our growing team, and we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
connect with potential clients from our curated database.
Generating leads for real estate sales through cold calling.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Build strong relationships through regular follow-ups.
Share accurate project details and resolve client queries.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Visit project sites (if required) for better client assistance.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and interactions.
Provide complete details regarding the project to customers via mail and handle all clients in very professional and courteous manner.

Good communication & convincing skills
Prefer female candidate.
Proactive and willing to learn about Real Estate market.
Prior tele calling/sales experience preferred
Target-driven and disciplined approach
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil & Telugu
A polite, patient, and customer-friendly approach
Strong confidence and convincing ability
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience in real estate will be an added advantage
