Real Estate Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our team at Manglam Build-developers Limited.

The position offers ₹8000 - ₹12000 (Fixed) and Incentives of ₹150 per site visit and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.

• Share details of ongoing projects, offers, and schedule site visits.

• Handle incoming calls and resolve client queries.

• Update lead status daily in CRM / Excel tracker.

• Do regular follow-ups with interested clients until site visit is confirmed.

• Support in digital marketing campaigns (leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).

• Coordinate with Sales Managers for site visit conversions.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass, Graduate preferred.

• 0–1 year experience in telecalling / telesales / BPO (real estate preferred).

• Freshers with good communication skills welcome.

• Fluency in Hindi, basic English.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
