We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility will be to engage with business clients via phone calls to promote and sell our products/services, generate leads, and support the business growth strategy.
Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from a provided list or leads database.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Generate and qualify new sales leads through telephone and email outreach.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Maintain a strong understanding of product features, pricing, and market positioning.
Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets (calls, meetings booked, conversions).
Schedule appointments or product demos for senior sales executives or account managers.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Use CRM software to log all communications and update lead status.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on client responses.
