Real Estate Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation:

  Conduct outbound sales calls to prospect for new customers and handle inbound inquiries from interested potential customers. 

• Customer Engagement:

  Persuade customers to buy products or services by highlighting features, offering advice, and negotiating. 

• Sales Targets:

  Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to drive company revenue. 

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and encourage repeat business. 

• Lead Management:

  Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and generate new leads through effective sales techniques. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Stay up-to-date on all company products and services to provide accurate information and tailored recommendations. 

• Data Management:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. 

• Customer Service:

  Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-purchase support to ensure satisfaction. 

• Reporting:

  Generate and provide sales reports to management, offering feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
