Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for the company's products or services. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and effectively presenting the value proposition of the company's offerings. The Sales Executive will be a key contributor to the sales team, working towards the overall growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and prospect new clients through various methods including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Generate leads and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Sales Process Management:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or other relevant systems.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services.
Stay updated on new product developments and market trends.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's offerings to clients.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in Real estate.
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
