Job Title: Presales Executive
Job Location: Malad
Salary Budget: Upto ₹3.5 LPA (Basis Last Drawn)
Shift: Dayshift – 6 days a week (Week-off Rotational & Sundays will be working)
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation and qualification
• Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements
• Generate and schedule site visit appointments for the sales team
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion opportunities
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and tracking
• Achieve calling, lead generation, and site visit targets
*Experience & Requirements:*
○ Experience:
Minimum 1 year Experience in Real Estate Presales, Telecalling, Outbound Calling, Inbound Sales, BPO Sales, or Customer Engagement Roles
○ *Skills & Competencies:*
● Good Comm Skills
● Strong Convincing, Follow-Up, and Customer Handling Abilities
● Comfortable Working in Target-Driven Environments
