Experience- 1-3 years (Preferable- CP firm or Developer lobby)

Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate project inquiries

  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timeline

  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems

  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings

  • Provide basic project information (pricing, location, amenities, etc.)

  • Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

  • Track daily/weekly lead status and report performance metrics
