Designation: Xstream Fiber Executive (XFE)
Department: Airtel Xstream Fiber Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband services.
- Generate leads through field visits, market activities, and customer references.
- Acquire new customers and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Explain broadband plans, offers, and installation procedures to customers.
- Coordinate with the installation and support teams to ensure timely service activation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in the Airtel application.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors' activities.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven field sales environment.
