We are looking for Real Estate Telecallers to join our team at Homeyards Developers. The role involves contacting potential clients, sharing project details, generating leads, scheduling follow-ups and maintaining all records to support the sales team in achieving the sales target. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases.
Receive inbound calls from property enquiries.
Understand clients requirements [budge, location, typ of property] and explain property details such as location, price, amenities and offers .
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 6 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
