Job Description:
Bangalore’s leading real estate developers, is looking for a Female Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, conducting client follow-ups, and converting prospects into buyers.
Requirements:
Only Female Candidates may apply.
Graduate / Diploma holder preferred.
0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Real Estate Sales.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in English, Kannada/Hindi will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Coordinate site visits and ensure excellent client experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals.
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales team for lead closure.
