Job Title: Female Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telesales Executive for a real estate company in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain property details

Handle inbound inquiries and maintain proper follow-ups

Generate and qualify leads for site visits

Maintain daily call records and update CRM/data sheets

Build and maintain good relationships with clients

Coordinate with the sales team for closures

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Performance-based incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only

1–2 years of experience in Real Estate or Insurance Sales

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is preferred
