We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential buyers, and driving property sales through effective communication.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects
Handle inbound calls and inquiries about property listings
Convert leads into qualified prospects through strong follow-up
Maintain an updated database of leads and client interactions
Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and availability
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Minimum 1–3 years of telesales or customer service experience (real estate preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills
Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and telephone etiquette
High level of energy, confidence, and self-motivation
