Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining real estate projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements
Qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate
• Experience : Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in •English, Telugu & Hindi••.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with Telecalling , sales , BPO, or real estate experience will be preferred.

• Salary: ₹20000 – ₹30000 per month
