About the Role
Homester is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Professional to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
The role involves working closely with homebuyers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable properties, coordinating property visits, and guiding clients throughout the complete sales journey—from the initial enquiry to booking and closure.
The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience, a good understanding of the Hyderabad residential property market, and the ability to take ownership of the sales pipeline and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective buyers through outbound outreach, referrals, partner networks, and inbound enquiries.
Understand clients' budget, preferred locations, property preferences, timelines, and investment/end-use objectives.
Recommend suitable properties based on client requirements and available inventory.
Manage the complete sales funnel from initial enquiry → follow-up → site visit → negotiation → booking → closure.
Coordinate property visits with clients, developer
