Job Title: Sales Manager - Luxury Properties

Location: Work From Office (Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana)

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in real estate sales, specifically in luxury properties

Compensation: Salary negotiable, based on experience

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling luxury properties. This role demands strong leadership, excellent client relationship management, and a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Drive sales of luxury residential properties by developing effective sales strategies.

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  2. Client Engagement:

    • Identify, engage, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) into satisfied customers.

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

  3. Market Insights & Business Development:

    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for luxury properties.

  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

    • Provide regular feedback to teams on customer needs and market demands.

  5. Documentation & Compliance:

    • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.

    • Adhere to all regulatory requirements related to real estate sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury property sales.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (MBA or relevant certifications in sales/real estate is a plus).

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong client relationship management capabilities.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.

  • Preferred: Prior experience in the Gurugram real estate market will be advantage.
