Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, meet prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and convert them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital channels, property portals, and networking.

• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements and budget.

• Present suitable residential/commercial properties and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and benefits.

• Arrange and conduct property/project site visits for prospective customers.

• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property transactions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with customers, channel partners, developers, and internal teams throughout the sales process.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• Assist customers with documentation and coordinate with relevant teams until booking/closure.

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Ability to generate and convert leads.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Previous experience in real estate, property sales, BFSI, automobile, or other target-based sales roles is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + attractive incentives/commissions
