Telesales Sales Executive

• Generate new leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.

• Handle and follow up with prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant information.

• Schedule and conduct property/project site visits with prospective customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Stay updated on property market trends, projects, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in real-estate sales, direct sales, or business development preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
