Outbound Sales Executive

We are looking for a Outbound Sales Executive to join our team at Thirumala Makers & Marketers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales growth through outbound calls, emails, and digital communication channels. Get a salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers in the Middle East and Africa.

• Present and promote products/services to clients effectively, addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Maintain an accurate record of all leads, follow up with leads generated through phone and convert them into sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations & customer support) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outbound or international sales (preferably targeting Middle East/Africa markets).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.

• Female candidates preferred.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
