Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month

Role Overview
We are looking for a goal-driven Outbound Sales Executive to handle outbound calling, drive product sales, and expand our customer base. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective leads, delivering persuasive pitches, and closing sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Connect with targeted leads daily via outbound calls to pitch company products and services.
Conversion & Sales: Understand customer needs, handle objections effectively, and close sales calls to meet monthly targets.
Lead Management: Follow up consistently with warm leads and update call outcomes/lead statuses accurately in the CRM system.
Customer Relationship: Maintain high standards of customer interaction to build trust and brand reputation.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Outbound Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, dialers, and MS Excel.
