Job Description

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Job Role: Customer Support Associate – Seller Support

  • Process: International Seller Support Process

  • Location: Pune, Maharashtra

  • CTC: Up to ₹32,000/Month

  • Experience: Minimum 1 Year

  • Working: 5.5 Days a Week

  • Shift: Rotational

  • Week Off: Rotational

  • Cab Facility: Both-Side Cab Available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle seller queries for an international process

• Provide professional and accurate customer support

• Resolve queries related to accounts, orders, payments, listings, inventory and returns

• Follow company SOPs, quality standards and process guidelines

• Maintain accurate case records and escalate complex issues

• Achieve defined quality, productivity and SLA targets

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required

  • Experience in International BPO / Customer Support / Seller Support / E-commerce / Voice Process preferred

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills

  • Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts

  • Good computer and system navigation skills

  • Customer-focused and professional approach
