We are hiring Customer Service & Upselling Executives for our voice-based process. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and promoting relevant banking products and services through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, transactions, and account issues
Upsell/cross-sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, insurance, and savings plans
Achieve daily/monthly targets for upselling and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate call records in the CRM system
Follow quality, compliance, and escalation protocols as per company standards
