Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Motor Insurance Sales Executive to generate business through new customer acquisition and policy renewals. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to close sales over calls and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into motor insurance sales (Car/Bike policies).

Handle new policy sales and renewal follow-ups.

Explain product features, coverage, and premium details to customers.

Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-ups.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and documentation.
