BUSINESS LOAN SALES
Business Loan Sales involves assisting business owners and self-employed individuals with suitable loan solutions based on their financial requirements. The role includes generating leads, contacting potential customers, understanding their business and financial needs, explaining suitable loan products, and supporting them throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and handle leads for Business Loans.
Contact business owners and understand their financial requirements.
Explain Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, and other relevant loan products.
Check basic customer eligibility and guide customers regarding required documents.
Follow up with customers regularly to convert leads into successful applications.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and application updates.
Maintain proper records of leads, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Provide professional customer support throughout the loan process.
Target Customers:
Business Owners, Traders, Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Retailers, Service Providers, Self-Employed Professionals, and other eligible applicants.
Required Skills:
Good Communication Skills, Sales & Negotiation Skills, Customer Handling, Lead Generation, Follow-up Skills, Convincing Ability, and Basic Knowledge of Loan Products.
