Position Summary:
A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, and securing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to increase customer interest.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Maintain an updated database of customer information and call records.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
Process orders, prepare quotations, and ensure proper documentation.
Work with team members to improve scripts, sales strategies, and results.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
