Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Loan Team Leader to manage and guide a team of loan executives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in loan sales (personal loans), excellent leadership skills, and the ability to meet targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of loan officer’s/sales executives.
Train and motivate team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loans.
Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate reports on daily/weekly sales performance.
