Job Description
Join our team as a dedicated Loan Sales with a strong background in Loan/ Credit Card at Mudra360 in Noida, Sector 2 Noida. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹18500 in an engaging and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
- Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.
- Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.
- Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidates for this role should have 0.5 - 1 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in Hindi. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed.
