Salary & Incentives

Candidate Profile| Salary

Fresher| ₹15,000 + Incentives

Graduate| ₹18,000 + Incentives

1–3 Years Experience| ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 + Incentives

Performance Growth: Up to 15% salary hike after 6 months, based on performance and company policy.

Experience Consideration: Relevant experience may be considered after completion of 3 months, subject to performance and company policy.

About the Role

Tactwise Advisory Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our financial services team. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating and handling customer leads and assisting customers with suitable loan products.

Loan Products

- Home Loan

- Personal Loan

- Car Loan

- Top-Up Loan

- Merged/Consolidated Loan

- Overdraft (OD)

- Other secured and unsecured loan solutions as offered by the company

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new customer leads through calling, references, networking and other approved sources.

- Understand customers' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

- Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, applicable rates and charges clearly to customers.

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

- Collect and verify required customer information/documents as per company process.

- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer verification.

- Maintain daily/weekly sales and lead records.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Follow company policies and approved sales/compliance procedures.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, loan/financial-product sales, DSA or relationship management will be preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of MS Office/Excel and smartphone applications.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.

- Candidates should be comfortable with customer interaction and field activities, wherever required.
