Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and sales -oriented Loan Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Personal loan products to clients, ensuring they meet eligibility requirements, and guiding them through the loan application process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a solid understanding of lending procedures and compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell various loan products (personal Loan and Over Draft Loan to new prospective clients

• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups

• Assist customers with loan applications, explaining terms, documentation requirements, and processes

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets.

• Verify and analyse customer financial data to assess eligibility and recommend appropriate loan options

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate smooth loan processing

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

• 12th Pass out

• Prior experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skill

• Knowledge of loan products and financial regulations is a plus

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
