Job Description:
The selected person’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect and network with Founders, CEOs, MDs, HR Heads, and other Leaders of large and medium enterprises.
2. Understand the problems of the prospective clients and recommend WE-Matter solutions to them.
3. Conduct research and generate lists of potential CEOs, HR Heads, and other Leaders.
4. Support the creation and execution of outbound campaigns and deploy growth-hacking strategies.
5. Work on a B2B marketing communication project and be a part of market research team.
6. Work on email and social media like LinkedIn to drive traffic to the website for lead generation.
7. Write campaign-driven content and B2B calling to CEOs, HR Heads, and other Leaders.
8. Assist and research to prepare pitch presentations and proposals for clients.
9. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
10. Provide regular reports and analysis on lead generation activities, performance, and outcomes.
11. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Skills Required:
• English Proficiency (Written & Spoken)
• Enjoys research and data mining.
• Keen on meeting new people (Extrovert).
• Ability to build relationships.
