Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building and maintaining a database of leads, and supporting the sales team in converting these leads into customers. This role is essential to the company’s customer acquisition strategy and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online tools.

• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.

• Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executives.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide feedback for optimization.

• Follow up with leads regularly to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
