Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Role Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven candidates for the role of Lead Generation Executive. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and initiating the sales process through outbound calls and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms
Identify potential clients and understand their requirements
Maintain and update lead database (CRM/Excel)
Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and internet research
Experience in BPO/telecalling/lead generation is a plus
Freshers with strong communication can also apply
Target-oriented and self-motivated
