Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Lead Generation Executives in the technology domain. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in IT sales and business development. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads for IT services and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients for IT services, software, web, and app development

• Research companies and decision-makers using online platforms

• Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Understand client requirements and qualify leads accordingly

• Maintain accurate lead records in Excel or CRM systems

• Share qualified leads with the sales and technical teams

• Follow up with prospects and assist in scheduling meetings or demos

• Work towards achieving assigned daily and monthly targets
  

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written – English preferred)

• Basic understanding of computers and technology

• Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email tools

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
