Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and other channels
Handle inbound and outbound sales processes
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduation (or 12th pass with relevant experience)
Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
Good communication skills in English (mandatory for international process)
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
